This presentation will focus on how different types of educational assessment data are used in the evaluation of eligibility for special education services, as well as monitoring progress on IEPs. The participants will examine different interpretations of data, including standard scores, grade equivalents, percentile ranks, and curriculum based assessment scores. Additionally, participants will receive reference documents for which tests measure different components of comprehensive evaluations and considerations for determining if evaluations are comprehensive in nature.
