IDEA ADR OS Upgrade: 1.5 to 2.1

In this session, the presenters, sharing from our combined sixty plus years in the fields of Education and ADR, will explore a framework for upgrading our current “ADR OS” to a more robust, flexible, and innovative version 2.1, Conflict Engagement OS.  Building on the topic of this conference, version 2.1 is designed with a commitment to nurturing an individual’s awareness of their relationship with conflict.  We will then introduce a framework for adding customized applications to the OS so as to build individual, collective, and organizational capacity for the effective engagement of conflict.
