Discover opportunities to build district capacity to prevent disputes and resolve conflicts early. This session will share findings from a national study commissioned by CADRE that explored the early dispute resolution practices and needs of hundreds of school districts. Participants will gain knowledge of innovative strategies and lessons learned from their colleagues across the country. The session will also introduce a practical district self-assessment tool designed by CADRE to help local teams reflect on and strengthen their collaborative and early dispute resolution practices. Attendees will explore how to apply the assessment to guide system improvements, inform professional development, and align efforts across teams.
