Tracey Langley

Tracey Langley is Director of the Office of Dispute Resolution(ODR) in the Office of the State Superintendent of Education(OSSE) in Washington, D.C. She began working for OSSE in 2008 in the Office of Dispute Resolution. After three years, Ms. Langley moved on to the agency Risk Manager, and then assumed the role of OSSE’s Employee Relations Manager. In 2013, Ms. Langley became Director of the Office of Dispute Resolution. Ms. Langley’s goal as Director is to expand education-related dispute resolution options to empower parents to advocate for their children and preserve relationships between families and schools. Ms. Langley holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from Howard University.
