Sarah Peyton, independent facilitator, offers workshops and teleseminars that integrate the latest brain research with communication skills, focusing on the transformative power of words and empathy. She studies in the Interpersonal Neurobiology program at Portland State University, and privately with Bonnie Badenoch and Allan Schore. She is a regular contributor on IPNB and communication in the GAINS (Global Association of Interpersonal Neurobiology Studies) Quarterly. Her work focuses on how we hear and understand one another, effective ways to connect hearts, and what the cutting edge of neuroscience has to tell us about what happens in relationship. Her presentations are fun and inspiring, and she makes the abstract information about what happens in the brain accessible for all.
