REBECCA M. COMISKEY is an experienced conflict resolution professional and educational leader with over two decades of service in public education and special education administration. She currently serves as a Facilitator with the Massachusetts Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA), where she provides neutral support to families and school districts in resolving complex special education matters. Rebecca holds a master’s degree in policy, planning, and administration from Boston University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. Rebecca is a new member of the BSEA and brings her expertise in special education law, program development, and inclusive practices.
