Randall Reese, M.S., C.P.M.

Since 1994, Randall Reese M.S. (Human Performance Engineering and Instructional Design) has been a principal of RelationSmart Consulting and practiced as a private mediator and conflict engagement and organizational design consultant. Clients include: Idaho Head Start, Pacific Housing, Idaho Department of Education, Idaho Transportation Department, Idaho Department of Water Quality, Idaho Fish and Game, University of Idaho, Boise State University, Idaho 4th District Court, many small businesses, and hundreds of private party mediations. Randall, a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM), is past-president of the Idaho Mediation Association, as well as having taught for 20 years at Boise State University and College of Western Idaho. His courses included Basic and Advanced Mediation, Community Mediation, Intercultural Conflict, Conflict Management, Small Claims Mediation, Interpersonal Communication, Public Speaking, Argumentation, and Video Production, among others. Randall also offers a variety of workshops focusing on business and personal relationships, as well as human performance technology.
