Peter Vaden

Peter is a member of the Virginia State Bar and DC Bar (judicial member).  He has served as a contract impartial special education hearing officer for numerous school divisions in Virginia since 1996 and for the District of Columbia Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) since 2009.  Peter also serves as an administrative hearing officer, authorized to preside over formal agency hearings conducted under the Virginia Administrative Process Act and as an arbitrator for The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
