Patricia Haymes has served as the Director of the Office of Dispute Resolution in the Virginia Department of Education since 2013. She joined the Department in 2006 as a Complaint investigator. Prior to that, she worked as a corporate attorney for 20 years but became interested in special education law as the parent of a student with a disability. Pat is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and the College of William & Mary School of Law.
