Mont Hibbard

Mont Hibbard is an independent contractor with the Idaho State Department of Education providing IEP facilitations, mediations, and complaint investigations. He was a Special Education administrator for 30 years. In addition to his administrative background, he has experience as a special education teacher, consulting teacher, and school psychologist.
