Michele Tyler co-directs SPAN's NE-PACT Region A Parent TA Center, providing technical assistance to 26 federally-funded parent centers in the NE/Mid-Atlantic, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. She previously served on the SEVA/Special Education Volunteer Advocates and START Engaging Parents of Students with Disabilities projects. .
