Laraine Domenico

Laraine Domenico has a Master of Arts in Special Education from San Jose State University and has worked with children and youth with disabilities as a Learning Disability Educator and Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator in the West Contra Costa Unified School District, and as a Program Specialist with the Contra Costa Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA). Since 2010 she has been the Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the Contra Costa SELPA. In addition to coordinating and monitoring the Contra Costa SELPA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution System she has facilitated over 100 IEP’s and conducted numerous resolution sessions and informal mediations.
