Josh Kershenbaum has been one of Pennsylvania’s leading special education attorneys for almost 15 years. He received his certifications in Mediation and Negotiation from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, where he studied with Bruce Patton, an author of the international best-seller, Getting to Yes. Josh brings more than 15 years of experience teaching, presenting, writing and speaking nationwide on special education law and dispute resolution topics. A frequent presenter at the national conference of the Counsel of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA), Josh has also appeared on National Public Radio and the podcast, Good Law Bad Law. He is a former adjunct professor of law at Temple Law School, where he received his J.D., cum laude. Prior to his career as a lawyer and mediator, Josh was a public elementary school teacher. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Amherst College.
