Heidi Kleinman

Heidi Kleinman has been at the Ohio Department of Education since 2013 and was a complaint investigator and coordinator of State Complaints. In 2019 she moved into the role of Assistant Director for the Dispute Resolution Team within the Office for Exceptional Children. She also leads the agency's PBIS, Restraint and Seclusion Data Collection Group, which led the update for Ohio's Administrative Rule. Prior to working at the Department, Heidi worked at a day treatment program for 13 years working with students ages 3 though 12 as a clinician and program director.
