Erin Archerd

Erin Archerd is an Assistant Professor at The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she teaches in Commercial Law. Prior to joining UDM, she was the Langdon Fellow in Dispute Resolution at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. A 2008 graduate of Harvard Law School, she served as editor-in-chief of the Harvard Latino Law Review and on the board of the Harvard Mediation Program. Her work examines ways to improve the education experience and outcomes for all students, particularly students with disabilities and English language learners.
