Carrie McCulloch serves as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist for the Arizona Department of Education. She is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where school staff and families can work together to enhance student success. With 25 years of experience in education, she has worked as both a general and special education teacher, in addition to holding various administrative positions. Her greatest strength comes from her experience as a mother of three unique boys, giving her valuable insight from a parent's perspective.
