BETH L. ROSS is a Mediator and Facilitator at the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA), within the Division of Administrative Law Appeals for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to joining the BSEA in 2020, Ms. Ross represented families and school districts in special education disputes. Ms. Ross’s commitment to improving education began years prior when she was an elementary school teacher in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Ms. Ross currently uses her extensive knowledge and compassion to help school districts and families reach resolution through due process mediation as well as to support the team process through facilitation. Ms. Ross received a B.A. from University of Pennsylvania in 1992; a M.A. in Child Development from Tufts University in 2000; and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2003. She enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering with local organizations.
