Andrew Eulass has been the due process coordinator for the Illinois State Board of Education since November 2004 after working as a consultant for ISBE on the Corey H. Settlement Agreement for three-and-a-half years. Prior to joining ISBE in March 2001, Andy was a practicing attorney in the area of special education due process for approximately seven years. During his legal practice from 1994 to 2001, Andy gained experience working for both parents and school districts as an attorney in Illinois due process hearings and court appeals. Andy earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago in 1994 after earning a Masters Degree in the history of early Christianity from the University of Chicago in 1990. Having grown up and lived in the Chicago area, Andy moved to Springfield, Illinois in November 2004, where he now resides.
