Amy Kilpatrick

Amy Kilpatrick is an Assistant Professor at Hood College.  She has over 25 years of experience in public education.  She has worked in urban and rural school districts in general education, special education, and district administration.  Amy previously served in a leadership position at the Texas Education Agency to support school districts in their implementation of special education programs and with complaint resolution.  Amy also has an adult son with autism, so she has sat in nearly every seat at the IEP team table.
